i think any sibling rivalry is very aparrant in this situation ,obviously your brother wants to be the best and is trying to annoy you by sucking up to your parents. if i were you i would ignore him and carry on with your life hes not worth the hassle ,just prove him wrong don't be a loser be a sucess . it's almost like bullying, bullies love the reactions when they annoy people ! don't give him those reactions then he might stop.
