Is it normal that my breath is rattling?

I had a bad cold/flu/chest infection thing these past few days and whilst it has mostly cleared up my breath is still short, my breathing rattles and my left lung kinda vibrates when I breathe. It feels like theres mucus in my lung. The fuck's goin' on here?
