Is it normal that my brain creates sounds?

Okay so basically my friend was playing this video game and after a while I eventually realised that their was no sound to it at all and my brain had subconsciously thought me into the idea that there was because it was creating the sounds in my head. The sounds weren’t extremely vivid but I had just associated certain actions with the sounds they’d make normally.

  • I think just to clarify I did not mean that my brain creates noise so the fluid and other matter does not make noise I feel as if my brain had more tricked me into believing there was sound for the game. I hope the description I wrote helps with this clarification.

Schizophrenia? Because the brain does not make noise. There is nothing in the brain to make noise in the first place. It’s pretty much soft matter suspended in the skull with fluid to minimalize impact damage.

I do this, and as someone who's had hallucinations, this is pretty normal for normal people and doesn't really sound like that, more just like the regular kinda white noise.

The fluid acts like a cushion for the brain to help protect it.
