I'd caution you from assuming that someone is jealous by their not liking you. Look up what unmotivating means. Obviously she thinks you're distracting him from something that she feels he needs to be doing. Have his grades dipped? Is he performing poorly at work now? Is he blowing off responsibilities at home to spend time with you?
Maybe she's right and you are a bitch and unmotivating. Of course you won't find fault with your own behavior so saying "analyze yourself" might be moot, but analyze yourself and if you still can't see the trouble, either talk to him or talk to her. If you plan on being with him for a while you need to need to need to establish a relationship with Mom.
