I'll say this: relationships are never 50-50. There will always be one partner who is higher value, who doesn't text as often, who is more attractive or has more prospective other partners. For the sake of the relationship, it's healthier if the guy is in that position.
There used to be a saying that women married up and men married down. Women are only attracted to men whose attention and commitment is worth more than theirs.
You seem to have misinterpreted some of my points. If you're a girl, continue as you were. But if you're a guy, I recommend you read "No More Mr. Nice Guy" sooner rather than later.
Relationship dynamics between men and women have existed since the start of time. Don't be ignorant of them.
Think about ideals such as honor, duty, chivalry and bushido. These are very romantic and masculine ideals, all centered around 'sacrificial love'. It's loyalty, it's strong and it perseveres. Women are capable of this too, but only for their children (a mother's love).
If you're a man looking for this sacrificial love from a partner, you'll bound for misery.
Is it normal that my boyfriend "wouldn't mind" being with me

most girls are caring and loving
but of course they want more than just sex
which makes perfect sense
dont let your bad experiences in the past affect your judgement for every single girl
what if the other person doesnt care how much they text
a relationship is in the eyes of the individual
if both people are satisfied and happy, thats all that matters
your mind is fucked up. go fuck off you sack of shit

Wow why go from a civilized argument to sack of shit, run out of ideas or something? Poster is right, in my opinion and experience.

Men and women don't love the same way. I hope you don't have to learn this the hard way.
