I know, many guys will "say" it doesn't matter how many partners have had you before, but deep down inside no man wants a slut. He may respect you less later on in your relationship, and not even be consciously aware of why. Women are widely known for saying one thing, while meaning another - this is an instance of guys doing it too.
I think the current divorce rate offers some support for my point.
