He is playing emotional blackmail with you, kind of like "I'll kill myself if you leave me". If he is truly suicidal, he needs to get help but this guy sounds like a damned fool to me and I hope that you can get a hold of a pregnancy test ASAP so you can test NEGATIVE. I would have to see another women have to carry a child and deal with one too. For your sake, I hope he doesn't father any of your children and if it turns out that you're not pregnant, leave him.
No man that cares about you would put you through that and shame you for carrying something he helped to create.
