It sounds like emotional blackmail (if this, then that and you'll all feel terrible). Of course tell him to talk to his doctor or a distress centre if you suspect he's suicidal. And consider ditching his drama and him.
I hope you aren't pregnant not because he'd follow through but that you'd be tied to someone you'd be better off without.
