I personally think you should dump him! I'm not a betting woman, but if I was I'd bet he's more of a sadistic, controlling piece of narcissist/sociopath garbage than some poor oblivious fool. I have drawn my conclusions based on the fact that he's drawing blood. Love yourself and be willing to believe that you deserve more and better. Don't waste your love on this awful person. If you feel you simply must talk to him about these issues meet him in a public place like a quiet little coffee shop and address your concerns there. Also a meeting in a public place is a great way to dump him! Make sure your friends and family know where you're going and what you're planning to do. You can also dump this guy via text. Just say something like, I don't like how rough and inconsiderate you are when we're intimate and I don't want to see you anymore as a result. Technically I don't think you owe him an explanation. Anyone who shrugs off physically hurting you is not someone whose feelings who need to take into enough consideration to waste your time with explanations.
