Ok, this sounds so much like my longtime S/O! When I have a bowel movement, afterwards she often asks me if it was "big," how big it was, etc. And if it wasn't very big then she starts getting all concerned, as if maybe a smaller than average bowel movement is the first step on the road to being constipated.
I remember when she first did this I thought she had flipped her lid, and I'd be like, "What, are you the poop police or something?!" Or as if there was some kind of shit contest that I had to pass. Eventually I realized that's just the way she is, some people find the minutia of bowel movements and regularity a major topic of interest and concern. So she asks how big my shit was, and I'm like "What are you up to now?!", and we both laugh.
