Of course I'm just kidding about the above, however it is weird that he just stopped out of nowhere like that. I don't think he is necessarily cheating but maybe he is going through some type of issue? It is quite strange that you were having sex and now you aren't however I have heard of people wanting to stop and wait until they are married.
He said he wanted to wait until marriage maybe he just got new views on having sex and not being married? I suggest asking him when he's going to marry you and see how he responds. Or maybe you should voice your needs to him.
If sex is of a huge importance to you and you want it more than you want him and you guys can't work it out then maybe you should just move on (or ya know Viagra and rope.)
