My boyfriend tells me he does not know how he should treat me, like a girlfriend his Lady wife or the same trash. What am I supposed to think about that,

    They should all be the same thing. A romantic relationship is a romantic relationship. There's certainly a difference between romantic and non-romantic, exclusive-sex-only relationships, but that's just a matter of invested emotions. As far as respect goes, that should not vary.
