Get out now, before you get in too deep and get the sack. Coz believe it or not, this is what usually happens to the female - if his boss sees it, or his wife or gf is told about you :(
Tell him you are busy every single evening from now on or even that you've got a new bf and are too busy. Stop wasting your hours entertaining him, you're not getting paid for all these extra hours and it won't get you promoted.
However, if you like him and he's single, go for it!
