You need to learn what is and isn't appropriate behavior.
1) Casual chat - perfectly fine
2) Facebook - also fine. I don't do this myself but my coworkers do.
3) Gym - also fine.
4) Looks - getting into "yellow light" or "red light" behavior.
5) Kissing you - inappropriate.
What you need to do.... if you want a relationship with him then have it.
if you don't want a relationship tell him "no thank you" and then decline his dinner invitations unless it's a "entire office" kind of thing.
Be professional about it and do not encourage his behavior.
Right now you're going out with him and you're sending him the wrong signals. Don't be afraid about breaking his heart. Just tell him, "No thank you" firmly but politely.
And brush up on your resume. Just in case this makes your job hard
