I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 22. We've been dating for over 6 mos. and we're both virgins because of practical reasons. However, we still fool around and engage in sexual activity like oral sex, fingering/handjobs. Ever since we first started any sort of sexual activity my bf has always had to stimulate his testicles in some way while I give him a handjob or blowjob.     A famous English comedian once said that he pretty much always required his scrotum to be tugged to get the best orgasms. Doesn't do a lot for me, but we're all different. I'd imagine your boyfriend may want this when having sex too. But it's not really a big deal, is it?
