You are all right. I think I am more angry at my roommate. I am tired of her dictating my life, and my friends lives. She can be nice, but we all do what she wants. I don't feel like I can bring a woman home unless she approves of her. It sucks.
I hope everything worked out for you. I'm sorry I told you to "grow a pair" - that was uncalled for. I meant it in a casual way but it is not fair that I marginalized the effort it takes to confront someone who is bothering you. It can be very difficult, especially if you're angry at them.
