Is it normal that my ball sweat smells kinda sweet like maple syrup?

No, I'm not going to taste it.

Try wiping your balls on your pancakes and a side order of grits.

Why are you smelling your balls? That's disgusting 😫

    • I'm not explicitly "smelling them", like I can't reach my face down there. Suffice to say if I've had an itch down there I don't even need to sniff my hand, I can tell it smells weirdly sweet. That's like saying you're disgusting because you can smell the guy on the bus next to you.

Latent testicular diabetes. Check for caramelization.

  • If your sack is full of pancake batter that would explain it.

Just to freak you out, here's a cheerful Wikipedia article on Maple Syrup Urine Disease:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maple_syrup_urine_disease

Most likely you would have been diagnosed with that long before you could type, though, so I wouldn't panic.

Does your sweat in general taste or smell sweet? The scent might be more concentrated on your testicles simply because of lack of ventilation and how balls tend to be a bit sweaty. If you taste sweetness when you lick your arm, you really should speak to a medical professional. It might be just your particular brand of human weirdness, but it could be a symptom of something significant.

    • Wow, that disease is fucked up.

I don't have any reason to believe it will taste sweet, it just smells it, but in that way only natural syrups do.
