I don't think that's normal.
It could be that you're not getting enough vitamins thus causing the bruising that or you might have circulation problems.
I once got hard bumps on my pits, but that was because of a allergic reaction to the type of deodorant I was using at the time.
It's hard to be sure, so I think you should see a dermatologist.
