I've been called racist all my life, by those who don't know me. Those who do know me are my closest friends, first of which is a black man, best human being I've ever known. Several of my friends are hispanic, some born in MX and now U.S. citizens. I resent being called racist, when I have friends of so many different ethnic backgrounds. Even so, when your adopted mom wants you to drop your friends for whatever reason, I would think it important that she prove that she's NOT racist. Where would you be now, without your friends??
