That's harsh she obviously doesn't want to upset her cousin by being unloyal and snitching. But really I think you should try to make her see sense, then tell her that if she doesn't make the decision your going to have to tell someone, then if it comes to it just tell x
Umm.. maybe i needed to add more to this question, Yes i do care alot for my cousin (step cousin btw) her dad died when she wasnt even born.. so her mom has bought her up w/ basically no money. She didn't live in the US she jus came here 3 yrs ago & her mom thinks tht her lil girl is perfect, she doesnt believe nything anybody says about her daughter unless its something good. So if I am to tell her mom she wouldn't believe me , thats why I havent told her yet. she would only believe her daughter.. soo idk what to do /:

id rather be unloyal and snitch then let my 15 yr old cousin get taken advantage of. Just my opinion.
