    There could be many reasons for as to why he is engaging in this manner. Try talking to him (don't judge him or flip out on him as that could cause more issues), if he refuses to tell you then I would suggest that you send him to a therapist.

      Everything but therapist is good advice. Theres nothing "Wrong" with it its not like having a fetish is a mentall illness
