I am very doubtful your behavior modification attempts will matter to any one. All parents are weird . just ask your friends. if you have friends. they will, at once , confirm all parents are weird. you might not know this but many households are nudism homes, far more than you ever suspected. its very probable you have a friend from a nudist family that simply doesnt talk about it. I am not confusing nudism with sexual arousal. I know for a fact that everybody's intentions are innocent. My concern is simply that he is heading towards puberty, and that he is being infantilized and not learning good boundaries.
We aren't really nudists, just relatively relaxed about nudity in the home. That said, my brother loves being naked and probably would be a nudist if he could.

My brother has his own room, as do my parents, it is not a matter of necessity.

Well since you say it’s not sexual, then I don’t really see the issue. Nudists are a thing. Personally not my cups but to each their own.

It would probably make me hella uncomfortable as well but I guess it’s good he’s so comfortable about his body? Nobody else his age is.
