In my experience if you are fair with teenagers then they will be fair with you. I have always believed that to get respect you have to give it. I also have to remind that you yourself where a teenager yourself one day. While I do agree there are some bad teenagers who have no morals at all. However the majority are just learning about who they are and having fun. Hands up who hasn't played loud booming music as a teenager, because I have. Also if you accuse someone of being as you put "A jerk" then they will live up to it. xx
