Do you respect yourself? Do you ask for respect? Sorry to sound rude but a lot of women don't get respect from men because they don't seem to care about it. Lots of women don't respect themselves (I think you know what I mean) and, in turn, men don't feel the need to give her respect. If you carry yourself like a respectable woman. If you respect your own body and set up some boundaries, (I'm not saying you can't have sex but if you put it out there for anyone to have anyone will take it)than you are more likely to find a man that respects you.
I don't know you and I'm not saying you don't respect yourself. I'm not sure how you carry yourself. But this is advice to everyone. In order to get respect you have to prove you want it.
