I had a relationship where we never fought. It seemed all good on the surface, but dark things lay below. Four years of never being open with each other left us like two boxers ready to fight. I'd have come off on the losing side because I deserved to.
However, people don't strictly need to fight about things but they do have to be honest about what is ticking them off. And if nothing is ticking you off, maybe you've found the right one. That's kind of how I feel at the moment.
