There were some points in my relationship of 4 years where I found myself having trouble if I didn't see my boyfriend every day. It sounds to me like you two just have gotten in the habit of seeing each other all the time, and have become pretty much inseparable. Honestly it's a cute trait for a couple, however it can become troublesome if there are times when you two have to do things on your own. I think it's great that you two get along that well to the point where it doesn't bother you to always be together, since a lot of couples eventually find that their chemistry doesn't work so well when they're around each other all the time.
