Is it normal That Many Ugly People Are Full of Themselves?

I hate when people rate other people on their look's. It's so rude.

"Oh... she's a 4."

"No! She's an 8!"

It's so pathetic that people even care so much about other people and the way they look. I mean, I know everyone has their own defintion of what they find attractive or not, but seriously, personality should matter a lot too.
