    Munchausen's is when someone lies about medical problems for attention. The OP is a pathological liar.

      I KNOW what Munchausen's is, that's why I said what I did. The OP specifically said she lied about "being raped, being sent to an insane asylum, cutting myself, stabbing myself." Because these lies were named first, it would appear she is seeking attention by pretending to have medical/psychological problems, i.e., Munchausen's Syndrome. Excuse me for not being more explicit!

          The only way you could know "he" is a "he" is if YOU are the OP. Stop asking people on a site frequented primarily by preteens and immature adults for help and see a psychiatrist!

          A man who would lie about being "raped" has much bigger problems than Munchausen's or being a pathological liar. Most men, i.e., real men, would be mortified to have people think he'd been raped!
