Is it normal that leqend got gold 4 playin a broken champ?

This guy named Leqend only played League for a year and got Gold 4 quicker than this other fgt I play with that is hard stuck Silver 5. The Silver 5 also has approximately 1 and a half year extra gametime than Leqend.

Is It Normal?

    Look. If you only play one champion, you will more or less master it even if you don't try hard. When he gets to diamond, he will just get counterpicked, sexually abused, and drop back down to low platinum.

    no its not ive been playin for 3 years and im still hardstuck s5 the only way that shit would be possible is if he was playin twitch jungle since its easiest champ in game
