you can get the chills from an oncoming sickness like the flu, which is sometimes how it starts. I had this once with my heat on full blast, covers, jackets, thick PJs, socks, whatever, you name it and I was still shivering- so much my teeth were chattering, dunno what caused it, but it went away the next day... (fighting sickness???)
is it normal that last night I got the shivers when i wasn't cold?
