i have tried fingering myself and it hurts ! my friends all say its nicce but i dont think so what am i doing wrong??

    You're doing it too roughly, it's a sensitive area. Go gently and slowly.

    Agreed, but if you need to know step-by-step I would be able to tell you. But remember that you need to go slow and very gentle down there.
