Is it normal that it seems everyone stares at me when i have a stain?

When ever I relize that I have a mark or stain on my clothes I always think everyone is stareing at it and I get embaressed to talk to people... Is that normal?

    Well if it's a jizz stain then you might want to worry.

    But you are just paranoid.

    I think it's pretty common for that thought to arise, even though nobody is staring at you

    Most people are more aware of their own imperfections whether it's a pimple or a stain. I doubt people are really looking at you although it's natural to feel that way.
