    If you've changed your diet recently, then yes. Eat more fruit, problem solved. See a doctor if it don't get better, but it's probably not serious.

    Take some stole softeners (1-2). its not going to make you go poop like crazy… just make it easy.

    I have the same problems sometimes.. I have a narrowed artery in my intestines…. so they don't move my food along as they are supposed to. So its difficult and painful in my side at time…
