I can see how that would have hurt you. Your mother shouldn't compare her kids. I know how this is, my mother favoured my brother. What you have to do is ignore it and don't let it get to you. I'm sure it doesn't mean she loves you any less, but that was a pretty uncalledfor thing to do.
