Is it normal that im scared to drive over bridges?

    I hate driving over bridges too . I don't mind walking over them or being in a car if someone else drives me over the bridge . I live in the SF east bay area and I just take a bus or BART to get to SF ( and Bart goes under the bay by tunnel ) .

      I am afraid to but I have been driving over them now everyone tells me to just look straight ahead and you will be fine but also having other people in the car helps just so they can help coach it's great try it it really does help the fear
