You would feel other side-effects before feeling the heartbeat pulpitating into a heart attack (e.g, pains in one arm or one leg, dizziness and headaches). To make you stop thinking about it, visit your doctor and get your health and heart checked. If you want more precautions, a change of diet and lifestyle could be beneficial.
Not necessarily, it's possible to have a heart attack with no warning at all, eg when you're asleep.
You didn't mention chest pains which radiate up into the jaw, which is a common heart attack symptom and as far as I know dizziness and headache aren't precursor symptoms for a heart attack.
Is it normal that Im scared im gonna have a heart attack?
