No one dropped me on my head lol. I think most people misinterpreted what I had said.
My friend and I were talking about this exact topic the other day! When I say a 90's person, I'm talking about people who WEREN'T the ages from toddler up to the start of adolescence.
I'm sorry, but when you're a little kid, and you're like 5, 6, 7 years old etc your life is limited to school, your house, and that's basically about it. I consider a person to be a 90's person when they experienced it when they were a teenager. Especially when your life ''opens up'' aka more responsibilities and experiences. I hate it when someone is like ''I saw some of those shows in the 90's'' and then just labels themselves as a 90's person.
ALSO, another great reason why I resent when people say that is, they ONLY remember shows that were on TV, basically. What about other things that were going on? What about politics, state of the economy, pop culture?
That's why I don't even consider myself to be a 90's person. I even hate to say it, but I was a product of the 2000's.
Is it normal that im obsessed with 1990s nickelodeon shows?
