first of all, every guy does NOT want paris hilton.
secondly, breast size has a lot to do with "the grass being greener on the other side". for instance, girls with really straight hair would usually kill for it to be curly and vice versa. I'm inbetween sizes at a big C small D and I am constantly envious of girls who can wear clingy or low cut tops and still look classy. If I wear anything like that I look like I'm begging for attention. My size is always impossible to find when buying a bra or swimsuit unless I want to pay out the ass for it. I can't even wear camis with built in bras because they suffocate me. just think of the perks that come with having smaller boobs!
