I used to do the same thing and really I think it has to do with your sleep schedule. Were meant to go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning! Get your schedule back on track, try going to bed at a decent time (midnight at latest) and wake up around 8-9am, and try and stay up the whole day. Drink some coffee in the morning if you feel like you might get sleepy later. Being tired and lethargic make you not wanna do ANYTHING so if you have lots of energy you'll start feeling like getting out there again =)
