Is it normal That im a white guy and only attracted to black girls?

That's not strictly true. I know plenty of black girls who are attracted to white guys, but don't do anything about it because they feel like white guys aren't attracted to them. I also know a few white guys who are attracted to black girls but don't do anything about it because they feel that black girls won't be interested, or black girls are too standoffish etc etc. None of this is true. Next time you see a black girl you like, don't be afraid to approach her. If she turns you down, oh well. Don't be disheartened. On to the next one. I'm a black girl, and I'm attracted to hot guys, lol. I don't stick to a particular race. If I see a hot white/black/asian/whatever guy, I'm gonna say hi!
