If people didn't like it, there wouldn't be all these pictures of celebrities getting out of cars. However, that's not to say it's right. People looking at those pictures or up people's skirts are only thinking of their own gratification and not considering the embarrassment it causes.
On the other side of the coin, I wore a kilt to a friend's wedding reception and the women were rabid.
Is it normal that if I get the opportunity to look up a skirt, I will?
