Is it normal that i zap out of happiness?

Lately, I've been experiencing something strange! It's a horrible feeling! Sometimes when I feel content and happy, I zap out of it. In other words, as soon as I realize I'm happy, I become miserable! What is this and how can I fix it?

Feelings of impending doom. That's what I call it.

It seems I have more control over my misery and less control over being happy, so my brain always steers me towards misery.

I think I know what this is, but it might be hard to explain.

How often are you social with people?

Pretty much, I'll let you decide.

If you think about sex alot, this could lead to anti-socialness. Which could lead to depression.

You could be talking to people, but at the same you could be anti-social as well.

Take a look at what you're doing in your life, and try to see if the balance of sexual things with yourself, and socialness is about equal.

Or if you do one or the other more.

There could be different reasons for this possibly. Not just one thing.

But one of them could be anti-socialness, which can possibly lead to depression. Not always, but could.

It's like a transition period. You could be trying to be social, which can make you happy, but part of you still feels like you want to be anti-social.

This happens when you're like stuck in the middle of being social and anti-social. The feeling of both.

To fix this, you would either go into total anti-socialness, which could lead to depression, and suicide.

Or you try to help yourself, and be even more social, which eventually will solve this problem, because you'll be total social again.

I think it's the feeling of yourself trying to be social and anti-social at the same time lol Pretty much

Is it like you're happy and imagine things that makes you in a joyous mood and you instantly realize that none of it will ever be true and you start being morbidly sad real quick?

Not always. Just like a computer that is overloaded and frozen up sometimes you need to reboot the brain.
