First of all you're really talented and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. That was a great poem and I could really feel the sadness and pain these people caused, but it's great you turned all these negative emotions into a piece of art.
That been said, I hope you don't let your condition discourage you and stop you from enjoying you life. Even if you still don't enjoy or are capable to do all the stuff people around you do, try to enjoy your life to the fullest by doing what you truly want.
And remember, just because you met some real jerks in you life, don't lose hope in humanity. There are lots of people out there who would love to be your friend (myself included). Don't stop looking!!
