I'm a regular at a restaurant, and one of the waiters always brings me the "wrong" kind of egg rolls. I've never said anything because they're still absolutely delicious, and I kind of like the variety it provides. Also, I'm pretty awkward about that sort of thing… so I just let it go. As long as it's not something you're allergic to or not going to enjoy, I don't see the big deal with letting is slide and avoiding the whole situation.
