    I think I know who this is... I'll have you know that there's a magical substance called, "therapy". You go in this quaint little room that could resemble anything from a cottage in England to a dungeon in France and there you'll meet a witch/wizard who will listen to all of your problems and try to help you find solution for them.

    Seriously, I highly suggest that you consider this.
