Make time to have some fun and still enjoy your accomplishments. Keep your drive and the respect you have for yourself instead of worrying about others. This drive is unusual in young people and makes you special in a good way even though I know you look at others and wonder why they can't see what you see. My son and I were having this same conversation yesterday. The general population is in fact stupid which is why most simply follow the status quo like sheep. I didn't say they were dumb, just stupid as in most likely capable of learning but simply don't choose to. Maybe ignorant is a better word but after 30 years of dealing with the general population, I think stupid fits most people better and for some reason makes be feel better to say it so let me do it again. Most people are stupid. No disrespect intended.
Be proud of who you are and don't worry about them because most likely they envy you or will when they look back on their lives.
Keep going and when your older you'll hopefully be who you want to be and most likely easily take care of your family as compared to others who most likely won't be much more than 8-5 Monday -Friday paycheck to paycheck workers.
