If you've two parents who love and care for you then you are lucky. Their sexual orientation shouldn't really effect how good they are at parenting. It's true that gays might make better parents because they "choose" to be parents, but many heterosexual couples also make that choice. And even if the child was conceived by accident, the hethro parents could still love the child unconditionally.
It's not really fair to claim one couple could be better than the other based on whether they're gay or straight.
