Size isn't an indicator of health so don't worry. You may just be naturally slim, make sure you eat a balanced diet and you've nothing to worry about.
If you want to bulk up a bit (gym and training), remember you would have to maintain that shape and size for most of your life or you'll turn to a lump of lard.
Pretty much everyone in my family weighs a lot or is slightly overweight, but i have been slim my whole life. I used to be underweight when i was 12-14, then i got into a boxing and i started eating a lot after workouts so i gained some.
