  • It's important to love your body, like you do, but not to be blinded by your love. You need to be aware that you have to loose weight to live a fulfilled life. It's the hard truth, and I'm sorry to be so blunt. You're young, and you have so much ahead of you, and you should be able to do those things. Extra weight is going to hurt you in the long run. You may hate health nuts, but you never know you might become one of them. Go for a walk everyday for an hour, listen to music, or go with a friend. Then eat smaller meals and more veggies. The weight will come off I promise and the more weight you loose the more physical activity you will be able to do which equals more weight loss and a happier life. Im sorry I know you didn't ask for this. It's awesome that you're confident in you're body, but please don't be oblivious. Cut down on the fast food, slowly. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!
