Is it normal that i wash down my feelings with water?

okay, recently i have had some personal problems and i've noticed that when im stressed or thinking about my problems i tend to drink a lot of water. It depends how much i drink on

  • Omg...I do that too, I've always done that but I havent really thought about it before now...But when I'm really deppressed I nearly quit eating and just drink water..dunno why.

  • It sounds much better than eating your feelings! But don't drink too much as it may dilute your blood, but for that you need to drink a huge amount which I hope you don't :)

  • Well, Drinking a lot of water does make your bloodstream hypotonic, which causes the kidneys to work faster, thus excreting various toxins faster. Maybe your body is telling you to switch to a healthier diet.
